   BALLTOWN U.S.A. COMPLEX. CONCEPT.3/13/10

Planting The Seeds

The Balltown Site Plan Pictured here is a bird-eye view of a community center  -  not your typical center. The plan brings the sports community together for a variety of seasonal and year-round events.  From competition fields and courts to training grounds like batting cages and Strength and Conditioning.

Other activities include a center field amphitheatre, Convenience shops for regulars (like Great Clips and Dry Cleaner.  The main event will feature a Sports Bar  -  like "Balltown Bistro","P.J. Whelihan's" or Chickie and Pete's."  -  with a terrace and stadium seating overlooking the action on the field.

 Wanted

The signature tenant could be "Balltown Bistro."  Like "P.J. Whelihans" or "Chickie and Pete's"

Players and families would enjoy the facility before, during and after games. Bistro patrons would get the "Best Seat In The House" to watch the live action while enjoying "Bistro" dining and many other pleasures!

The "Balltown Bistro" would be the ultimate family "bistro" experience and would overlook Balltown Field.  A "Bistro" where up to six live games daily would be featured. A "Bistro" where patrons will be able to watch up to 20 different TV screens for the ultimate viewing experience.  A "bistro"  where video and table games will get the competitive juices flowing.

Now that you are a little more familiar with the site,
. . . are you interested?
. . . We are looking for partners, investors, operators or, otherwise interested parties with a love to be part of fun, intriguing and profitable project.  Want to share your ideas?  We'd love to here them.  Sharing ideas is the only way we'll be able to build the ultimate athletic park.

Community participation is encouraged on all levels!
